Placing your first order

Orders are up to you, we can send you weekly batches of leads or how you see fit. 
AFTER payment clears it typically takes 2-3 business days to deliver your leads.

Recurring clients Thursday 5pm pst  is the day to submit your orders to have your Monday file show up.

Digital Products:

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. An email will be sent to your email that you used to sign up with your log in credentials.

To order, simply navigate to the appropriate page & follow the instructions to enter your card information & make your purchase.


Returns/ Replacements Policy:

Leads:

Typically, we over ship the orders 10% to account for any invalid numbers, wrong numbers, non homeowners.

We ask you to keep a detailed disposition/ notes of the leads to see how they're performing; we will replace the invalid information.

If the data set goes over 15%-25% (depending on the product ) bad info for your paid order we will start replacing the bad leads submitted.

Please email your caller dispositions/ notes to support@elite-producers.com in an excel/ google sheet format.

We credit leads towards your next purchase we can’t do multiple orders credits. We only credit off the last file you purchased from our team.

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of the product.

We will only refund in the rare instances that we are unable to properly deliver the product due to not having the quantity on hand.
